The Fund Manager is currently working on the establishment of a closed-end and open-end real estate fund (and expectedly additional real estate funds in the future) that complies with the 250,000 EUR minimum criteria of the Golden Visa program. This new real estate fund (and subsequent ones) will consist of a minimum of 40%, but according to the efforts of the Fund Manager, significantly more, excellently located, well-utilizable, high-quality residential properties, with careful attention to proper diversification, especially in terms of location: such as central and developing urban areas in Budapest or larger provincial cities, which are key factors in ensuring profitability, continuous liquidity, and sustainable appreciation. The guarantee of proper property selection lies in leveraging synergies with the parent company, Duna House Holding Plc., which has been the most well-known real estate brokerage and management company in Hungary since 1996 (but is also present in Italy, the Czech Republic, and Poland).
