About the Duna House Hungarian Residential Real Estate Fund
Hungary's first publicly listed real estate fund specifically created for the purchase and utilization of residential properties in 2016 - not specifically for a defined group of investors. After 8 years of operation, the Fund was terminated - the decision of the Fund Manager shifted its focus to creating closed-end funds, or funds that better serve the needs of a more defined, professional investor base, while still maintaining its commitment and dedication to real estate, particularly residential properties.
